4. PAY
Pay in advance in our webshop.

5. Ready made / made to order Forest Lights are ready for pick-up in 1 to 5 weeks.
DIY Forest Lights are ready for shipping or pick-up in 1 to 5 weeks.
Plants / tools and skincare 2-6 working days.

6. We'll contact you for the preferred delivery / pick-up method.

7. Ready made / made to order Forest Lights can not be shipped by standard post, due to their delicate nature.

PICK UP / DELIVERY

PICK UP

Your order will be stored in our atelier in Hillegom.
Pick it up here & we’ll advice you on the care & maintenance of your product.
Contact me for your preferred pick-up day & time.

DELIVERY

All orders above 500,- will personally delivered free of costs within the Netherlands (except for the Wadden eilanden) or can be picked up from our studio in Hillegom.)
For ready made / made to order Forest Lights under EUR 500,- we will calculate shipping costs
for your delivery or you can pick up your order in our studio.

Standard Shipping costs by DPD (except for ready made / made to order Forest Lights)
S. 3,90 lettersize post > tools / rooted plant cuttings
M. 5,95 max 10 kg > DIY Forest Lights (except SuperNova / miniature plants / skin care products)
L. 9,50 max 10 kg > DIY SuperNova Forest Lights & Larger orders.

WARRANTY

We give 4 months grow warranty on the plants and
4 months light warranty on your Led lamps.
